Proposed Substation: Climate Concerns

A portion of the substation is within the 100 year flood plain. Electricity and water don’t mix without dramatic consequences. Or just trying to get young students safely to school in East Boston: Umana Barnes Middle School video by The Harborkeepers. Climate change and flood risk is serious.
