With a diverse population, there is ample interest in soccer. Soccer is more and more popular with every passing year. Back in 2011 the City shared plans for a soccer field at the Condor St. site, together with a natural buffer area along Chelsea Creek. Would you prefer that?

Wonder where the substation is hoping to be located? By a creek, a playground, a police station, many residences, and millions of gallons of petrochemical (highly inflammable) fuels.
